We are on Harry Potter overload here at our house. We are on book Seven and I asked the kids what they wanted to read next ... they both want to start over and read them again! Taylor really loves it and thinks about it a lot. She has even been pulling her hair out of her braids during the day to look like Hermione. Out of the blue she comes up with the funniest things, here are a few quotes from her.
"Why won't anyone
believe Harry that he didn't put his name in the goblet?"
"Look Mom I just apperated."
"I saw a red haired kid at school today, do you think he's a Weasley?"
"Dad, your just like Draco Malfoy......you both hate Harry Potter."

This post is long overdue, my only excuse is that my camera broke on this trip. Four siblings, my parents and my friend from Kansas made the trip to Las Vegas. We had a really great spring break thanks to my sister Liz... thanks for everything! I wish I could have recorded Taylor's reaction when we pulled up to Excalibur, it was priceless! She started clapping and yelling it was so great. When I made it into the room she was looking out the window staring at the castle. Who knew $36 a night could get that kind of reaction? After a couple of nights we moved over to Mandalay Bay to take advantage of their great pools. Living in the Northwest requires a trip like this once a year. I just need to see the sun for a week or so during the long rainy season.
